**Cunha Backs United Squad Despite Fulham Frustration**
Matheus Cunha is keeping the faith, lads. After our frustrating 1-1 draw with Fulham, the Brazilian forward has come out swinging with total confidence in this squad, insisting he has “100%” belief in the group Michael Carrick is building at Old Trafford.
Look, we all felt the disappointment of dropping two points against the Cottagers. This is Matchday 4 of the Premier League season, and we need to be picking up wins if we’re serious about challenging at the top. But Cunha’s words should reassure every Red Devil out there that the mentality inside the dressing room remains rock solid.
The 25-year-old, now in his second campaign with United, has become a crucial part of our attacking arsenal alongside Marcus Rashford, Benjamin Šeško, and Bryan Mbeumo. His commitment and passion for the shirt has never been in question, and hearing him publicly back his teammates shows the kind of character we need during these early-season tests.
Carrick is still finding his feet as our permanent Head Coach after taking the reins in May, and results like Fulham are learning experiences. The gaffer knows this squad inside out from his playing days and coaching background, but transforming belief into consistent performances takes time. With new additions like Carlos Baleba, Youri Tielemans, and Andrey Santos still bedding in, chemistry on the pitch won’t happen overnight.
What matters most is that our established stars like Cunha aren’t wavering. That unwavering confidence, that 100% belief he’s talking about, needs to translate into three points when we step onto the pitch. We’ve got the quality, we’ve got the depth, and crucially, we’ve got players who believe in the project.
Now it’s time to turn that faith into victories. The Champions League campaign is underway, and we need to start climbing the Premier League table. Come on, United!
